SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!
We would get better recruits if we had a Waffle House in CS.

I agree, TOOTBLANs and the like should get stupid.
MVP all weekend for the kid who screwed up a couple Fridays ago was a nice touch.

One year in the 00s, Baylor 3rd baseman had something like 3-4 errors in a game against us. The Raggies started chanting "Hit the ball to 3rd! Hit the ball to 3rd!" That's was fun!

Can we get back to being classy? The ballpark is full of young kids and is promoted as family friendly. There's even a giant playscape that is always crawling with kids. Yelling profanities at a pitcher, saying they suck, and yelling "it's all your fault" when a pitcher is replaced is pretty classless. There's a difference between heckling and being a jerk. We need to get back to being family-friendly.
It's a ballpark, not church. You can't expect college kids to act like missionaries. Our fans and heckling are by far the most acceptable in the SEC. Go to an LSU or Arky game if you wanna hear some real classlessness.

When there are families with kids in attendance, the correct thing is to keep subjects clean and language even cleaner.
If you truly don't understand that, then your parents failed you.

The "pitcher's name" sucked definitely happened on opening day. I haven't heard it since.

May I ask when you were last at Olsen? And from what I have been told they have cleaned it up.

As far as us 203 guys believe, yelling that "so and so was better" or that it was a pitcher's fault is fair game because we are stating a fact without outright insulting someone. We have taken the "so and so sucks" criticism and toned it down because we do agree that we can be more funny than insulting. Anytime someone goes too far, we've made sure to police it because we want it to be fun, but also not fall to the levels of LSU fans. If you have any good criticism or question, please feel free to reach out to me.

A couple of years ago.
I'm not validating any claims of profanity, just addressing the erroneous attitude of "this isn't church, don't have any expectations of propriety" from the previous post
