Running back Byron Cardwell‍ has established himself as a force to be reckoned with on the West Coast. The 6-foot, 200-pound San Diego (CA) Morse standout is a home run threat with the ball in his hands, and he has the full attention of college coaches.

On Friday, Texas A&M let him know the Aggies were putting an offer on the table.


“My first reaction – I was very surprised because I know Texas schools don’t really recruit from California,” Cardwell said.
