Great writeup. Something for a future article I have always wondered about.

What goes into keeping a recruit? So much competition and a long lead time in many cases until signing days. Obviously relationships are critical but how often is a given recruit contacted? What are the varied topics of conversation beyond "great game this week", etc.? How is a given recruit kept engaged?

BTW, I appreciate all the new YouTube content. As mentioned, it's not often easy to catch live or hunt down on the website. Keep up the good work and gig 'em!
