'Shot-making' crucial to getting Texas A&M back on track

In their two wins, Texas A&M is shooting 51.5 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from deep, and in the back-to-back losses, those percentages dip to 34.5 and 28.1, respectively. Scoring at a higher clip is crucial for the Aggies as Montana comes to Reed on Tuesday night.

The Aggies are limping, but they must avoid a Grizzly trap at home.

Texas A&M (2-2) is looking to end a two-game slide on Tuesday night when the Aggies host Montana (4-1) at Reed Arena. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. CT.

“That will be a real battle tomorrow to see if we can grow on last game, and that’s what we can control,” A&M head coach Bucky McMillan told TexAgs Live on Monday. “That’s what we’re going to control.
