How about we all just quit knocking each other and enjoy the title.

It's the last event in this season for our men, and we won! Let's congratulate our athletes and their coaches and celebrate with each other.

Just for a little while, let's all smile.

Absolutely. Just ridiculous that posters say they are unforgiving of Aggie athletes who weren't perfect when we won a co championship.

I hope they have NC apparel available next week.
One day at a time.

What a meet and what a year. I'm not the most knowledgeable track fan and I'm just a young man. I gave up track offers at D1 schools to attend Texas A&M on an academic scholarship. Track had been and always will be my favorite sport. I write novels on here for you guys and try to discuss track any chance I get, even if it's with one of you or none of you lol. Aggie Track and Field is one of my favorite passions and it always will be. I've gotten asked before would I rather win 1 track championship or 1 football championship, and the answer will always be track and field.

I was 10 when we won the first one in '09, and a senior in high school when we won indoors in 2017. I've seen them come close so many times before. I know I always hype this team and say this year could be different. But hell this year it was.

Like I mentioned earlier, I had started a job with a professional sports team, and put it all on hold while my mother was in a coma and currently lays in hospice paralyzed, mute, and with memory loss. There's not many wins currently in the tswift household, but watching us all year and watching us cross that finish line knowing USC was in 8th brought me to tears! I wanted this badly! I needed it!

It's been an honor covering this team not just last year, but with some of these guys over the past 5 or even 6 years! I tried to get many people into this sport and this team as much as I can! I write little previews, I share our recruits, I share my thoughts trying to grow the fan base and appreciation for this collection of talent.

This team is full of great athletes and better men. This team is full of Seniors. Some that scored and some who worked hard over 4/5 years as workout partners, hype men, everything. At the end of the day, everyone in Cushing from the head hancho Pat Henry, to his assistant coaches to his staff, to the field operations crew, ticketing, maintenance, janitorial, lighting, construction, and to you, yes you, this championship is yours. Let's honor these guys and celebrate this momentous feat.

Your fightin' Texas A&M Aggies are your 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field National Champions!!! God Bless and Gig' Em Aggies

The gals go tomorrow. You have a lot of prep work to do. If this is not done by the time I get in tomorrow then I will be forced to "escalate" the delay to upper management and expect a corrective action report.

Was USC expected to run so poorly in the 4x400?
One USC runner pulled up hurt at the end of his run after they already had a slow start.

You are correct. I did not recall what place the USF runner finished. I watched the replay this morning and the track official raised the yellow flag as the runners came off the final turn so I assume that's where the USF runner stepped on the line. Our track teams have missed out on top 4 trophies before by the slimmest of margins so it's nice to see them get some breaks and bring home the trophy.

The USF 400 runner stepping on the line won us the national championship. Moved Robinson from 8th to 7th place.
We actually lost a point on USC with that DQ. Their guy went from 3rd to 2nd, so we would have won if they hadn't called it.

USF was our friend and enemy lol Protest in discus led to their thrower losing his best throw, which moved the USC kid up. USF 400 runner helped get us a point with his DQ. Their 4x400 final runner's amazing kick edged Auhmad for 2 point difference

Not seeing the friend part. USF hurt A&M is all 3 events.

The usf kid in the 400 getting DQ allowed Auhmad to take an additional point
