FYI: Limitations on Manafort were tolled because there was (allegedly) evidence in a foreign country the Feds needed to obtain. 18 USC 3292

Could there be evidence in Britain through Steele here? Spitballing. Still, it's only tolled 3 years maximum.

The faked ledger?

Evidence in a foreign county? And that is all needed to toll SOL? Damn that would be easy!

The problem they'd have with that statute is that limitations probably already expired. It can toll, not revive, limitations. So conspiracy is likely their only shot to keep limitations alive.

But Feds are crafty! If there is a way, they will find it. lol

Wow. Marc Elias stooge, of course.
Quote:

"We have identified Brian Netter, Deputy Assistant Attorney General as the individual that approved the settlement agreements," a DOJ official told the Center to Advance Security in America, which had filed a Freedom of Information Act request in 2024, when the payouts were publicly announced. Netter was the deputy assistant attorney general for the Federal Programs Branch during the term of President Joe Biden.

Netter currently serves as the legal director at Democracy Forward, a Democrat Party-affiliated group launched in 2017 to fight President Trump with lawfare. The group brags that it took Trump to court more than 100 times in his first term in office. It has continued its use of the courts to win political battles into his second term in office. "Liberal Legal Group Positions Itself as a Top Trump Administration Foe," touted The New York Times last November.

Marc Elias, the attorney known for his work damaging the integrity of both the 2016 and 2020 elections, chairs the board of Democracy Forward. Elias, as the Clinton campaign general counsel, signed the checks for her campaign's Russia collusion hoax. To hide the Russia collusion hoax's origins, the funding was fraudulently run through Elias's law firm as "legal services." Clinton was fined only $113,000 for the false claims she made to hide her role. Elias also ran Democrats' legal effort to destabilize the 2020 elections with the sudden expansion of unsupervised mail-in balloting operations staffed by Democrat-run nonprofit groups.

Other current and recent board members of Netter's group include former Clinton campaign manager John Podesta, former Biden Chief of Staff Ronald Klain, Kamala Harris' sister Maya Harris, and former leader of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Mindy Myers.

Lisa Monaco, Podesta, Ron Klain, Veepthroat's sister, big oil, Visa/Mastercard, he's been a real champion of the 'little guy' his whole career.

Democracy Forward is happy to brag about their 'deep bench' of lawfare sedition expert attorneys. Again, this all lends credence to the assertion that the seditious conspiracy begun in 2016 which is the topic of this thread, is in fact ongoing even today.

Forget sedition, its straight up espionage. Unless he has his handy "Obama told me to do it" letter like Robert Ritter had.

Of course, with all their OWN rhetoric over the years about how evil Russia is and that they are our #1 enemy, then treason is most appropriate.

I saw that yesterday but the issue is how to actually prove that was his intention, and that he tipped the Russians off specifically for that reason. I don't doubt it is the case, but I struggle to picture a jury finding this to be true.

To that point more broadly, Margot Cleveland retweeted this, which touches on the complexity of charges/litigation/indictments that hold up on the basis of what has been publicly shared at this point.

Questions such as 'where are the original records' (note the bs excuse about how these are doctored by russian emails etc already surfacing), who didn't store them properly, etc, are the types of things that if the FBI were not itself an enemy of the people and remotely competent in it's operations, would be easily answered. But…that's not our reality.

Not exactly directly on point but Jack Smith? Come on down! Special Counsel has some questions for you!

Quote:

The Office of Special Counsel has launched a formal investigation into Jack Smith, the first official legal probe into his conduct, The Post has learned.

Smith is the justice department lawyer who oversaw two criminal investigations into President Donald Trump during the Biden administration, one into Trump's handling of classified documents, the other as to whether his actions on Jan. 6th, 2021, were an attempt to overturn the 2020 election. Both cases were dismissed.

An email reviewed by The Post states The Hatch Act Unit, which enforces a law restricting government employees from engaging in political activities, has begun reviewing the former Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice. The email was written by Senior Counsel Charles Baldis at OSC.

Quote:

"Jack Smith's actions were clearly driven to hurt President Trump's election, and Smith should be held fully accountable," said Senate Intelligence Committee chair Sen Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) in a statement to The Post.

I still maintain that Flynn's company FIG was set up with that Dutch company back in August 2016, brought to him by his partner but "secretly" having Turkish connections, setting up a FARA violation. All fabricated.

Innovo BV I believe you are referencing, and yes, I agree. But, the Sphere Group is another trap/breadcrumb that has been forgotten/ignored.

And, Inovo somehow had him paying them back a big chunk of the $600K fee, right around Election Day. (Lousy source, but some of the contemporaneous moonbat theories);

It all reeks of an 'insurance policy' of sorts, to me.

Now I'm the FBI Director:
We just uncovered burn bags/room filled with hidden Russia Gate files, including the Durham annex, and declassified them.

Once again, I released the prior FBI's own documents and exposed the truth.

The same media is calling me a liar again.

Maybe this FBI will release more docs directly, from FBI HQ... so we can see who is lying- wouldn't want to deprive the fake news of more bogus Pulitzers.

And then…

Nice reference back to Lisa Page and Strzok! And that was McCabe's call or it happened in his office, IIRC.

But the timing, connecting the dots (as I am wont to do) seems it has to be. Remember when they tried to frame Papdop with the cash payment, he left with his Greek attorney, yet the FBI was lying in wait for when his plane landed in DC? Yeah, that was also a set up that a guy as stupid and ignorant as he was, could figure that out and avoid the trap.

FBI was getting too sloppy in their hubris. Why risk that on such a lower level guy? Because they could.

Stephen Miller on Bartiromos show and it's his usual tipping just with updated references. He's normally pretty effective IMO but this continues to get broader and more complicated with the details coming out.

I think Trump admin puts together an ongoing podcast / Netflix production to lay this out from beginning to end.

In a world of snippits and snaps and instas and twits, one of the reason the venerable podcast series works is by tying it together in a focused setting.

That will be needed here if you want more Americans clamoring for justice.

yes. In a just world there would be a Woodword and Bernstein style forensic account of the whole thing - replete with a meticulously covered book tour, movie deal, book & journalism prizes...but MSM and entertainment is way too corrupt for that.

inb4 Netflix won't touch that deal with a 10' pole.

Yep. The three biggest reasons it's hard for the story take off are media coverage, both distortion of the story and lack of coverage; it's less salacious than other current stories that are captivating people; and it's harder to follow the timeline with the large number of actors and events occurring in a such a short period of time.

The people running the operation are experts that threw the kitchen sink at a large number of people in Trump's orbit. They weaved a web that's hard for a majority of the country to grasp and it's been almost a decade since everything happened.

Have followed this thread since 2017, but still need a refresher on things that haven't seen the light of day for 5 years. It's almost impossible to follow for someone first hearing about what went down with Flynn, Carter Page, Papadopoulos, Alfa Bank, ham radios, Trump Tower meetings, DNC email leaks, foreign assets, 5 Eye participation, FISA abuse, presidential daily briefings, White House meetings, Strozk-Page texts, and the background information on the underlying intelligence used to predicate everything.
