This is true. Esp after she pops out babies, the husband becomes an afterthought. Then the kids grow up and she doesn't go back to being a "girlfriend" again. So the boys being boys, they look elsewhere for things their wives won't provide.

At some level, if this is the case, I don't blame the CEO. Life sucks sometimes. He probably loves his kids a lot and does not want them to have a broken home.

At some point in life, just "good looks" in a woman isn't enough to keep him. He wants to feel wanted, desired, given the attention not just for what he can provide ($$$). Maybe the HR chick did it for him, I don't know.

If your wife marries you and refused to have sex with you, then yes, it is her fault. She needs to get a divorce so you can move on. No one is absolving the CEO (CEOs by nature are scumbags) but there are deeper issues at play.

Today I learned that "shall not" is absolute in the Constitution but kind of iffy when God commands it.

There's no world where it's her fault. I got up and walked out of a church last year after hearing the pastor tell all the women they needed to keep themselves pampered for the husbands so they don't step out. Total crap. I bring God into this because my marriage is sacred. If a man, or woman, steps out, it's their fault. End of story. If he's that unhappy, why can't he just initiate the divorce?
