This what to watch for. Back in 2016, early spring, DOJ started handing out immunity deals like Skittles on Halloween to lower minions in Hillary's circle. They were building a case by doing so. Until Lynch and Comey put the kibosh on it.
So if stories about some lower level Obama or Biden officials in immunity discussions, DOJ is attempting to build a case. Bondi sure as hell won't put the kibosh on it.

It was patently obvious at Tulsi's and Leavitt's presser that the media approach was going to be "this is old news" or "Rubio signed off on this earlier" and not worth reporting. But we have to remind everyone that this IS new information.
