The reason NY redistricted in 2024 was because they started the process after the 2020 census, and it took three years to get a redistricting plan approved. The Democrats have to come back at some point. All their theatrics are playing to their constituents, but there will eventually be a price to pay for their stupid stunts.

Regardless, none of this is going to matter anyways, because SCOTUS is about to gut the Voting Rights Act, so gerrymandering for all will be the new law of the land.
