There's just no end to the treacherous policies to be reverse, is there?

And if it can be easily reversed in this administration, this reversal can just as easily be reversed in the next Dem one.

Again, aside from Twitter likes, Podcasts, and preening in front of cameras, what good are congressional politicians, on BOTH sides, for?

Biden left Trump's tariffs in place. Unions love them. I expect the next Democrat president to do the same with Trumps new tariffs. If Trump takes action on H1B and outsourcing, I think the next Democrat president leaves those in place as well. Too politically risky for a Democrat to end.

While I don't agree with eliminating birthright citizenship, but if thats where SCOTUS goes, then it shouldn't be retroactive.

Curious as to why. It's a relic of the past largely created to help former slaves by overturning the Dred Scott decision. With that said it's not really needed anymore and too many people take advantage of it. At least one parent should need to be a citizen for their kid to have it IMO.

I think both parents should have to be US citizens for automatic citizenship.

The military "separates" families all the time and ships 18 year olds to foreign lands.

Yep my dad and uncles were drafted and sent overseas in the 1960s.

As for the discussion on adult children, I have to admit I feel bad on how 'harsh' I was at times raising my children. It didn't feel good and I don't like thinking about it. However my Adult children are thriving now and my wife thinks I helped make them resilient. Parenting isn't easy when you are the one doing it. Fortunately I have a great relationship with my adult children; I respect them as adults and as equals; respect is important.

Our US job market is like a large sink hole. The more you try to fill it up, the more it empties out. Then we are told that "we are growing the size of the pie".

We have all been taken for a ride for 50 years.
