After Steve Bannon's emails in the Epstein files about trying to rehabilitate Epstein's image, Bannon should go quietly into the night.

I know this is like throwing pearls before swine, but here ya go OP:
Elections Clause in Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:
"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators."

LOL, what?
ICE has the ability to detain people they perceive as being potentially not from this country without warrant . That means even people with valid ID that show up to polls that aren't white can be detained which is voter intimidation

Steve Bannon actively stating that ICE agents will be at polling places in order for people to not be able to "steal elections". Complete and utter voter intimidation. Ensuring minorities don't show up to polls under threat of being detained with no evidence.

I'm so tired of this performative nonsense. We all know you don't believe that ****, and you know exactly why they are doing it, we also know why you're so concerned about minorities. Stop it. You're not going to be able to steal elections with fake votes anymore, cope, cry or seeth, but quit asking us to pretend you don't know the truth.

Hate to point this out to everyone that the above clause is absolutely correct. And neither the President nor Steve Bannon is a member of Congress… so it's a big nothing burger. Congress will not inact such a law, and any kind of EO by President Trump will be unconstitutional.
Not that hard to follow.

Intimidating? Nah, probably been needed for a while. Our elections are a joke.

None I imagine but the point is they were in the first place which is what we are discussing here

But you are okay with trolling and lying in your OP. Steve Bannon is not part of the administration.

I've got Puerto Rico, California (The O.C. and Los Angeles, plus 300+ nights at the Santa Clara Marriott), Alaska, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, Louisiana, Kentucky, Colorado, and New South Wales, Australia.
Plus, I assume we've both got Texas and The USA on the board.
Please turn over your "I've lived all over the world" cards.

Nope. Asylum seekers or over-staying a visa would be civil, but the vast majority do not fit into those buckets. At best it is a criminal misdemeanor, but when they are repeat violators it is a felony. When your dementia riddled puppet opened the front and back door to any and all, with nary a concern as to who was coming in, your second statement went right out the window.
