so if you are drunk and get in a fsd are you drunk driving?
Honestly, that would be a selling point for me. Though I think the answer, at least currently, is yes. A friend of mine said he's done it a time or two.
I haven't driven "drunk" but I have ordered another beer/wine etc. at a restaurant when I ordinarily would have passed on driving another vehicle.
I was at a Christmas party and a judge and I had a conversation about this. If you have the car in "chill" mode and it is not exceeding the speed limit and driving perfectly, what would be the probable cause to pull you over?
None.
However, if there is a checkpoint (no probable cause needed) or someone hits you (or the Tesla causes an unlikely accident) you're screwed.
Bottom line, don't drink and drive until it is truly FSD and then sit in the back seat!
