Howdy Ags. I'm Class of '92 and a CPA with a boutique outsource accounting/bookkeeping practice in the Dallas area. I serve a handful of clients across the country. All of our work is remote and we only work with clients on Quickbooks Online.
I'm looking for a part-time remote bookkeeper that I can get involved as I add more clients. Initially, it will start at just a few hours per week, but planning for that to eventually grow to around 10 to 15 hours per week as more clients are added (maybe more...we'll see).

The ideal candidate would:
- Know Quickbooks Online very well (reconciliations, journal entries, coding bank feed transactions, running financial statements, importing transactions, etc.)
- Have experience with bookkeeping and know the basics on debits and credits
- Be available to check their email at least once per day and possibly do a few tasks at that time, if needed
- Willing to do some administrative work online (like a virtual assistant), if requested. This would be minimal, but may be requested here and there.
- Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP) is preferred
- Be willing to be called or texted on their cell phone, as needed
- Have their own computer/laptop to do the work (I can provide Microsoft suite, if needed)
- Familiarity with generating annual 1099's is a big plus
- Familiarity with Bill.com is a plus
