That's funny. I've avoided Avowed on GamePass because my first thought was "this looks like Outer Worlds" which I thought was a soulless and boring game. Forgot it was same makers. I guess they are really into intense color these days.

I started playing the Harry Potter game. Movement is a little annoying and the map is utterly worthless, but I'm enjoying it.

Some friends and I started playing Once Human a month or two back. It has a lot of flaws and has insane prices on their cosmetic items, but I still find myself enjoying it. The devs seem to at least listen to their player base and try and give them what they want.

I was absolutely obsessed with this game when it came out. Like no other game I've played since I was a kid.

Had to stop playing though because playing K&M on that game actually jacked me up. Had carpal tunnel for a while and it ****ed up my shoulders.

After the most recent update, Hades 2 has me in a chokehold. It's insanely good.

I almost bought this the other day. I love the original Hades and just haven't gotten into 2 yet.

I've been hooked on balatro but the newness is starting to wear off. It's been fun

Almost finished with Trails Through Daybreak. Gonna do the next one after and I'll be caught up on the series. 12 amazing games, best RPG series for story of all time.

I have a feeling that full 1.0 will be out around the switch 2 launch this year. The game is essentially done except for final story content. At this point, the game has over double the amount of content as Hades 1. If you want to wait for 1.0 out of principle, I get it, but it is 100% worth the purchase as it is right now.

Finished up the Remnant 2 DLCs and just grinding now. A lot of new content but it's getting stale though still fun. Hoping to find something new soon.

Playing Monster Hunter with spouse and oldest kid. Family hunt squad!

I finished Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and the whole game was really fun and the story was awesome! Better than the last 2 movies I thought and I liked them.

I just started Sniper Elite Resistance and have never played any of the Sniper games. It's on GamePass and it's pretty fun. I'll play it and then Sniper 5.

I feel the same way about Indy, think I might replay it soon. I really liked it.

I saw there might be some DLC at some point so let's hope so. Also, I've played Indy games in the past and was always like meh ok whatever but NOT this one. It was fun! And I'm an old dude lol.

I'm 26 and grew up watching the movies because of my parents, so I already liked the franchise. But one of my buddies dad's was growing up as they came out, feel like this game was on a whole other level for him.

Started playing Harry Potter. This is a great game - story, puzzles, combat, exploring, feels like Harry Potter. It has it all and it's all done well.

They need to finish the game. I've played through the major updates, stopped the most recent run when I was somewhat established in the Ashlands.

But I was the same way for Valheim, but they have been way too slow with the meaningful updates. The most recent was supposed to be the last biome Great North in Q1 '25. They added too much fluff content in the middle.

Great game, but they didn't have anyone onboard that had a roadmap and it shows.

I paid $20 and have well over a 100 hours into it. If the Great North never comes out, I think I came out ahead.

Going through POE2 new league right now, but also just received my new 5090 gaming laptop. The whole world is now open to me!

Indiana Jones is so good. As a Class 95 it is right in my happy spot. The acting, goofiness, unbelievable scenes and stunts, puzzles, all of it is right on target for the Indy world.

I thought maybe the used AI for Indy's voice but apparently it is just a really good voice actor.

It's odd because I generally hate survival games, but I lived this one. The first time you see that giant blue troll was such an "Oh *****" moment.

I've really been enjoying a little indie Metroidvania game that just came out called Twilight Monk. I'm 10 hours in and loving it. It mixes in an overworld map and RPG elements really well to give it a unique feel. Music is amazing and it's just a flat out fun throwback style game. Grabbed it on Steam for $17.99 as a cheap little something to hold me over until Last Epoch Season 2 next week and I'm really glad I did. Looks like it's on Switch for the same price. Perfect game for a Switch, I've spent half my gameplay time streaming it to my Odin 2 from my desktop.

Beat Avowed and Indy, really enjoyed both

Finally got around to Lies of P. So far, better than some of From's work and as good as some of their best. I am VERY surprised.

Starting on a Last of Us playthrough. First one is a top 5 game for me and one I routinely go back to...will probably be my 7th playthrough if I had to guess.

Keep hoping that Ghost of Tsushima for PS5 will drop in price soon to pick that up next...

Started another run through Age of Wonders 4. The giant kings update is awesome.

Halo Infinite multiplayer now, Husky Assault is pretty damn fun!

Loved 1 and 2. Never got into 3.

1 or 2 had a user made LOTR DLC that was the tits but the only issue with it was that it gradually bogged down over time and became unplayable.

Stopped playing Old School RuneScape and bought RuneScape Dragonwilds when it surprise dropped. I've already put 16 hours into it in 2 days.

Tons of fun. Open world/survival game set in the RuneScape world on an Unreal engine. Still in beta right now so there's a ton of expansion to come.

Days Gone has the remastered coming out these week. Graphics look a lot better. If you have the game its only a $10 up charge. Will be doing another run through on it.

I just paid full price for Cyberpunk 2077. I havent paid full price for a game since Witcher 3 when it came out. Will tackle this after I finish Hogwarts.

It is outstanding, well worth it aside from the wonky driving mechanics

I just downloaded Schedule I, on early access, and it takes me back to the days of playing Drug Wars on my TI-83 calculator in middle school.

My kids walked down and saw me playing it and were calling it "Plant Salesman Simulator"
