First of all, you have to be a real dumbass to get shot....oh wait. You're screwed, bud.

Second, Think about what is happening here. You have you, desperate for a woman because you've probably peaked about two girlfriends ago and now all you get are scraps from your roommates BSC girlfriends.

Next, lets think about the dad that pushes his daughter off on someone he doesn't know on Texags...She is either ugly, diseased, or this Kaylan kid (the name should say it all. I bet he's the type to wear a Texas flag bow tie) was such a d-bag that anyone would be an improvement. And if its the latter, be really careful...because you'll be aiming for the bottom of the barrel. Bottom line is, this dad must be really desperate to get his daughter married off to some moron he barely knows.

If I were daddy, I would have some serious red flags here about how desperate you sound to meet his daughter. AgLawman, I mean no disrespect if this thread is indeed true, but beware with some of the guys that post on here. Remember, they are still the hormone filled kids in need of adult supervision.

Gentlemen (and the occasional woman) of the OB, I come to you with a request that I have absolutely no grounds to make, as I am one of the ones who started this in the first place, but am going to make it anyways.

No matter how entertaining this thread may be, no matter how much you may feel that I or Lex are desperate idiots, no matter how overly trusting you may feel AgLawMan is, no matter how much you just want to kick the hornet's nest to see what will come out.... I implore you to stop.

Stop messing with a girl's heart. Stop beating this to death and tearing her life apart. She's an Aggie, like us, and you're using her innocent naivety to prove what a sadistic bunch we can be as your own little show. She hasn't even had her first A&M class, and you are already so terribly determined to teach her a lesson. We've all had our fun, even myself, but we need to prove that we are capable of camaraderie, too.

Call this what you want. Call this backing out. Call this running away. Call this post a poor attempt at trying to impress her or her father, I really don't care what you think this is. As for my character, I know you only mean to have some fun with your posts while also imparting a bit of caution and wisdom on the father, but you should do well to remember that I myself tried to take this thread casually and be polite to his daughter. While I would not be the first, nor the last, person to fake an emotion or intention on the internet, I really was trying to be genuine. I never actually expected anything to come of my original post other than a laugh or two.

Every time I read more posts on this thread, I keep having to check and make sure I'm not on the General Board. Geez guys, leave Horatius and the girl alone. If they actually meet up and have fun, what does it hurt? From what I have gathered, even though she is young, she seems to be able to make decisions and take care of herself. Apparently her father (the guy who raised her) thinks this also, so why should that be questioned on this thread?

If Horatius is actually doing this to be a jerk (which I don't think he is), then he will get what is coming to him in the end. I just don't see why so many posters have a vested interest in talking sh*t to him about a situation they know nothing about. Like I said, it sounds like the GB over here.

Talon, that was a pretty ****ing trashy move to toss this into the GB. I'm not very impressed.

How is this girl's life being ruined? Most of this doesn't even seem to be directed at her. If it's too much to bear, then I offer this advice: Step one, create a new name on Texags. Step two, don't post personal info or look for dates on texags. Problem solved, no fearsome swimmer required.
