Howdy Aggies! Your ol' buddy Gabe Bock here and I've got a couple of questions for you...

Question #1: Who is Texas A&M's best football player?

I've been thinking a lot about this question with Fall Camp now underway and with TexAgs 25 Players in 25 Days being more than a week into their countdown of the top 25 players on the roster heading into the season. Share your pick and why. Personally, I believe running back Le'Veon Moss could be A&M's best overall player if he comes back 100% healthy. He rushed for 765 yards in just over eight games last year and was on track for FirstTeam AllSEC before a leg injury cut his season short. At the time he went down, A&M was 71. After his injury, though, the Aggies dropped 4 of their final 5 games - including four straight losses against Power4 opponents. If Le'Veon returns healthy this fall, he'll not only boost the run game but also take pressure off of Marcel Reed, making everything click for our groundheavy offense. Of course there are other deserving candidates -let us know who you think deserves the nod and why!

Question #2: Have you heard about the incredible opportunity in the newly renovated and newly re-named "The Area" in College Station?

I'm excited to tell you about The Aria, College Station's reimagined address for refined, investor friendly, turnkey condo living - just 1 mile from campus and directly on the Texas A&M bus route. These spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath residences have been completely renovated with a focus on quality and comfort. Step inside to find fresh designer finishes throughout, including new flooring, sleek cabinetry, quartz countertops, upgraded appliances, and fully modernized kitchens and baths. Beyond the walls, The Aria is undergoing a full amenity transformation designed for both relaxation and recreation. Future residents will enjoy a resort-style pool experience with a jumbotron screen, an outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, a backyard turf zone for games, and a completely upgraded gym. The clubhouse will feature stylish new interiors, plus a state-of-the-art virtual golf simulator. Whether you're searching for a primary residence, off-campus housing or a short-term rental investment, The Aria delivers the lifestyle - and flexibility - to match. Experience a new standard of condo living in College Station!

I'm including a few photos from our model home and a link to more info below! If you are interested in learning more information about this incredible opportunity right down the street from Kyle Field, please email me directly at gabe@bockrealtygroup.com or call our office line at 979-325-2134.

The best player is whichever 3 star you promoted as the forgotten 5 star RC/Fran special.

The Ags didn't start sliding because Moss went down due to injury. It didn't help, but there were two games where the Ags couldn't punch it in inside the 5 yard line. And everyone knew they couldn't do it.

After the t.u. game, when asked about it, Elko said "we ran the play to show the kind of team we want to be" (paraphrasing).

He should have stuck with the kind of team they were, which would have involved something with Reed having a run/pass option rather than handing the ball to a 3rd string running back to get stuffed in the middle of the line.

The best player better be Reed or an outstanding OL member. Like first round OL caliber.

But it's probably Will Lee.

All they had to do was what they did to Arkansas just before the half. It would have broken their backs...ran it that one time to perfection and we never saw it again
