Didn't get a picture but was volunteering at my daughter's elementary school today and got called up to the office at the very end of the day. Several people there have seen me handle snakes and had me take a monster of a 6" rough earth snake out of the building. I've seen earthworms that were bigger yet people still freak out since it's a snake.

I can't see it well enough to say 100%, but I'm 99% sure I see the markings of a diamondback water snake.

Saw a coral snake mowing yesterday in Cat Spring. Seen a few of them over the years out here.

I wouldn't be able to tell you what this is with any degree of confidence. Could be water snake, cottonmouth, hognose, or something else.

I didn't think they were tall enough to reach the handle on a mower, much less push it.

It's hard to tell but that rattler was a good 6' long and pissed. The bull snake was extremely docile. We didn't have any kids with us so I just let it be. It practically let me sit next to it.

Stepson went to Colorado state park and got a good picture of a copperhead, spiny crevice lizard, and not sure what else. Dang kid got better pics than I am ever able to

Yes, he was there yesterday. On his days off he will travel for hours to try new state parks. Been to more than I have which is sad since I'm twice his age.
