POURED on campus. Didn't rain a drop in South CS that I can tell. And it was a good downpour for at least 30 minutes.
We got the same in central Bryan. Enough that I made the kids go play in it because I needed to settle them down
Looking ahead it seems like the rain is done for a while. Pretty soon we will be back to using our own water for the lawns and pools. I know some of y'all got a little tired of it, but I'll always argue rain is better than no rain.
Temps have been stupid mild this summer, too. I'll take that for as long it lasts.

It was nice while it lasted. Nice to have a productive garden for longer than usual.
Forgot to update. Our last downpour brought 2.25" at our house. I'm thrilled for rain free weather. Hopefully it dries out enough that I can mow down my hayfield of a yard before it rains again.

Yes, several days last summer. Starting in Mid June. This summer has been a nice change.
Still can't complain about the heat. It's been pretty mild comparatively. Now we have a chance of rain this afternoon. Anyone else's weather apps indicating that?

Can see storms moving north splitting us to the east and west. Close enough to hear thunder… would not have minded a quick soaking.

Just got my BTU bill and for the first time I think in forever the water bill was lower than last month.

I'm literally 1 mile north and received 36 seconds of sporadic fat raindrops and that's been it.
At least S College Station is getting some. The breeze is nice.

We got a good hard rain here by the CS Lowe's.
I was driving home from Washington between 2 and 3, and it was so heavy on Hwy 6 that visibility was less than 20 yards. There was a wreck (no surprise) that snarled traffic for 30 minutes.
SW Valley got domed.
