Has anyone been to BeauSoleil, kind of behind where the old Petrol Station is? Curious how it's doing...

WTF is up with Texadelphia franchises? Seems like since the big one on westheimer folded, the few other iterations have popped up and failed relatively quickly. The new spot seems to be a snakebit location, too.

The one on 1960 years ago was not up to snuff on the old school queso and cheesesteaks quality, the vintage park one was a flash in the pan, and the recently closed one off i10 in memorial was always empty and not THAT great.

just Chuys syndrome? used to be good, chained out expanded menus & sucked anus?

The one next to Treebeards off Bunker Hill seemed like it was doing OK when I've been over there.

Chuy's added their Chile Rellenos back to the menu recently, so that's good.

There's a Texadelphia opening up in Fulshear sometime this fall by the south entrance of Cross Creek Ranch. The area is crowded enough that you'd figure they could support another restaurant. I just don't know if that area has enough of the clientele that realize Texadelphia is a bar and cheesesteak place and not just another sandwich shop.
