I don't know about their sales department, but the service department at Planet ford in North Dallas by Love Field treated my daughter extremely well.

I'll tell you where not to go:

Prosper ford, autonation ford frisco.

I purchased my '23 F150 at pilot point ford. I'm not making case FOR them because they still did the stupid add-on and haggle crap but in the end the OTD price was fair and they were better than the two above. their service department is the better of the 3 as well. I think the smaller size helped with that side of the house.

I live in Frisco and bought my '23 Maverick from reproag. Just a short drive down to Brenham and it was worth it.

If you are set on buying local - check out Bob Tomes in McKinney. I've never bought a vehicle there but i have taken 3 different vehicles there for service and never had the typical dealer service shenanigans.

I bought my new F-150 in February from Bill Utter Ford in Corinth/Denton. The experience was fine and the price was the best I could find.
