8 bar bell hip thrusts @135
16 alt rev lunges w/2x25 DB in front rack hold
10 dual DB Romanian DL 2x45 with toes elevated
10R/10L side plank hold leg raises

Finish with 6min count up bike sprint: start with 10S work/50S rest and +10 work,-10 rest each successive minute
