Speaking aggressively. Aka free speech but CSPD oversteps.
The disorderly conduct with a 300 dollar bond means this will never get prosecuted and will likely be dismissed.
I mean $300 is ridiculously low...

What happened to the days of players heading to the big city to party and staying off Northgate?
You know somebody's going to be looking to get stupid with them there.
It's in lieu of full bail and sometimes called a personal recognizance bond. He agrees to appear or risks the full bond payment or arrest without bond. The notion it is a joke is a poor understanding of law enforcement.vander54 said:TAMUallen said:

Yes the personal bond of $300 is extremely low. Also a personal bond means he pays nothing to leave jail. Which means the arrest is a joke.
It isn’t. I doubt he misses any time at all. It’s a bunch of nothing

So Le'Veon Moss is out at 1 a.m. playing FAFO with the cops and getting arrested like 3 weeks before fall camp starts, and has at least one kid. I seem to recall him having two kids, but maybe that was another player.
These are the "student athletes" we're paying millions of dollars so they "represent" our university.
God help us.
And God help me if I'm stupid enough to give a dime to our football program or any football program ever again.

After the arresting officer got in between Moss and the man, the football player continued to shout at the man while craning around the officer. According to the police report, Moss told the man "something to the effect of '[Expletive], I'll bat the [expletive] out you boy!'"

Because Moss continued to shout at the man, not heading the warnings from the officer and his friends, he was put in handcuffs, according to the report.

The arresting officer also witnessed Moss "speaking aggressively" to strangers who were attempting to talk to a female in his group, the document stated.
Texas A&M RB Le'Veon Moss arrested on disorderly conduct charge
If this is true, Mike Elko should suspend him for the first game. He needs to instill discipline and responsibility into his players. We can't afford injuries or suspensions to our key players.

Actually it is very comparable. You have 1/2 the people over reacting in condemnation and the other 1/2 laughing it off. Meanwhile both sides know that nothing happens to politicians, athletes, entertainers, etc as long as they are worth something ti someone.
