They go a little ways and he had to pull over bc the front finder was against the tire. So, him and one of his buds, jumps out, starts pulling on the finder. Four cop cars pull up fast as they are working on the finder. My dad says, "How the heck did you get here so fast!"

One of the cops says, "You hit the county judge buddy!"

So of course, he was put in jail for a couple of days prior to his coach getting him out.

One of my dad's friends told him he saw the car in the road but didn't say anything bc he thought my dad was playing a joke. Oops!

Wow. What's your definition of a winner? I'm all about forgiveness but T-boning a car--totaling it-- and then fleeing the scene is seriously bad judgement. I hope for the victim's sake he has some NIL deals and she can take all of it. The community is better off with him on a scooter and not a Corvette

You seem to be close to the situation. Was the car he hit in the wrong? Could have killed her, hauled ass and had to be ran down, no arrest. Seems weird unless she was at fault.

Dalton Brooks is the second Texas A&M football player to be arrested this summer. If this is true, Mike Elko should suspend Brooks for the first game. Elko needs to instill discipline and responsibility into his players. We can't afford injuries and suspensions to our key players.

What? This is (allegedly, of course) a hit and run with significant property damage and maybe? bodily injury. This isn't a drunk and disorderly or playing music too loudly
