Obviously would love to see Texas season spiral, but OU is way bigger threat to make the SEC championship.

Realistically if Texas wasn't Texas, we would be rooting for them here.

On the flip side, a loss here could send their season to the gutter, which could have long term positive effects on recruiting.

I'd implore everyone to feel free to engage and enjoy the greater world of college football in whatever way gives them joy, rather feeling the need to tie everything back to "how does this impact Texas A&M?"

The only 2 scenarios that I would even consider pulling for the sips would be:

1. It guaranteed we would be in the SEC championship game

or

2. It guaranteed we would be in the CFP.

Other than that, I want the sips to lose every game they play.

There is no situation where ou should lose to tu that would be better for us.
If tu loses and ou wins we would have to play ou in the playoffs. If tu wins and ou loses we will play someone better than ou in the play offs.

It's gross

He isn't that bad.....

He's just didn't have any business being mentioned as a pre-season Heisman favorite when he wasn't good enough to start multiple years. And his team was grossly overrated before a real down was played.

Fair or not, I don't recall anyone at tu declining the hype, coverage, or tv commercials, so they have no right to complain about their failure to live up to the hype they helped create.
