At some point, this team either believes in itself or it doesn't. My personal opinion…that Arkansas game might be the one that makes something click and they start to believe in themselves. And if that happens then you see complete games and we run the table, and 3/4 of the people who post here curl up into the fetal position and cry themselves to sleep until 2037.

My take would be an offensive performance not unlike that against pig, maybe even a little less successful, but with a defensive performance that kept our opponent in check to the tune of around 225 yards, 10 to 14 points, and only a couple of explosive plays. A game where where the outcome was never in question, where we start out strong, and even if there were a few slips here and there, the opponent never really felt like they could get back in it.

I honestly think this team is capable of playing a game like that against anyone up to the SEC Championship, and from there to the CFB final four, and to compete and possibly win from there on.

Beating Miss State by 22 points and Florida by 17 points were not satisfying enough wins for some posters here, illustrating complementary good football by the Ags? You need to see like a 77-0 win in an SEC game to jump on the bandwagon?

Only if it was against OU.

You're not wrong, but you can agree that we've yet to have a defensive showing that gets close to our full potential in the same game that our offense has achieved theirs, right?

It's 2. It was always 2.

There is not magical gear this team hasn't engaged yet. We have a range of skill sets that our coaches and players have to utilize every week to try and win. Marcel isn't going to be come a prolific long ball passer. He doesn't need to be. He's damn good in other ways. Likewise, we have a defense that plays lights out most of the time and complements the offense. What we're really fighting is mental and physical fatigue, and injuries, and the game planning battle against each opponent. This team and staff can win every remaining game, but we could also drop multiple. I'm just enjoying the ride and watching them do their thing.

I don't see us losing until the championship game vs Ohio State.
