Welp. Looks like this is very likely to be a group whose 3rd place gets left out. And it'll be deserved. This game lacked a lot of quality.

Maybe they can get things on track and pull off an upset next week, but I'd be stunned if either can win.

Yeah I guess so. Especially if Korea wins tonight and Mexico crumbles under the weight of their fans expectations. I'm gonna root for that outcome, but I still think it's really unlikely.

What will be funny is if Mexico doesn't win their group, they won't play another match in Mexico. Win their group and the path allows for 2 more games in Azteca, lose it and they have to go the USA. Same goes for Canada

It wasn't the arm against his body, it was the other one which was out wide. There was a better angle they showed.

Ok still poor IMO. The quick deflection changes the calculation. Heck even had a similar thing in the champions league final where the ball deflects off a player into his arm that was cleared as no penalty.

It's definitely a tough call. By textbook definition it's probably the correct call, but it's hard to say there was intent there.
