He has a -1.4 dWAR this year before tonight on baseball reference. He's within shouting distance of Altuve bad.

Since 2019 he's at 47 defensive runs saved with never a negative season in that span until this one at -6 DRS before tonight.

First season Abreu had a -.9 dWAR and -2 DRS. Walker's been worse. He's been an improvement with the glove over 2024 Singleton who had slightly worse defensive counting stats in just 88 games at 1b.

Fangraphs also has him with by far the worst fielding effort of his starting career as far as negative dWAR.

I think they are done this year. The injuries, Joe's poor managing and the horrific plate approach by Cintron and Snitker are just too much to overcome.
