Dana's had to maneuver around the Abreu and Montero deals, and to an extent, McCullers. Two are finally off the books, so this offseason will allow Dana to do a little more than he's been able to. If we weren't still paying Abreu, do we sign Walker last offseason or use the extra money to go for someone like Alonso? Those two contracts really hamstrung our ability to fill some holes last offseason, so it'll be interesting to see what Dana does with the available salary.
