I really like their Texas Revolution silver rounds. Looks like everything is in stock, which seems to be rare. I might have to pick up a few.

With Gold prices up....

Does anyone have advice on SELLING physical gold? It's probably back somewhere in this thread, but I couldn't find it easily. Everything I'm looking to sell is branded and in the sealed assay package.

I looked into selling back to APMEX and they are offering $80 below spot. That seemed really bad. SD BULLION was $50 below spot, but at least gives credit for the branded bars in assay.

I'm in Austin and was going to start looking for a local broker. Are there any recommendations? What should I expect to get relative to spot? Is it worth driving around town?

Thanks for the replies.

As for selling it, gold is both an investment and a SHTF hedge. When a piece of your portfolio is up 40% while the rest is down slightly, then "Yes" I want to sell some.

I'm in Austin. I still may give them a call to see if they'll give me an idea what to expect if I wanted to drive 6 hours there and back.

Selling to dealers is my last option. If I have to, I'll try and sell here first. If there's no need to sell, I hope to trade my silver for gold and my gold for land someday (that's the dream at least) … in the meantime I'll keep stacking

Ok, I'm gonna show my ass here, but because of this VERY THREAD, back in 2021 I bought a bunch of silver from Monument Metals without really knowing anything about it. I bought 200 1oz Silver American Eagles and Five 1000 gram Germania Mint kilo bars and paid $12,884 for all of it.

Am I STILL upside down? I know I have been for years.

You can get a few dollars over spot for ASE - what I typically do is see what retailers are selling them for and adjust.

Yes! Listen to this guy. Just look online and see the difference between spot and ASE pricing. A few bucks difference at least.

For any of you guys tempted to use this guy, please don't send him money hoping to receive gold. There are commercial escrow services who can make sure that this transaction is safe for both parties. I've never used one with regard to precious metals, but there have to be many given the nature of the industry.

Please don't simply trust "Ahsann."
