I included photos of the postcard and the Respondent was the GOJ for San Antonio campaign because there was no information on the card. This postcard violates Chapter 255.001 of the Texas Elections Code.
They have acknowledge receipt and issued a case number. I encourage your friend to do the same
Btw, I also noticed a Sukh Kaur large sign in the 281 median yesterday, tied to t-posts. Pretty sure that is illegal for several reasons.

Many years ago, in a place far away from San Antonio, I noticed a couple of political signs disappear within 24 hours. Must have been that west Texas wind because it is a Class A misdemeanor to remove political signs without the landowners permission.
And I know none of my friends would have done that.
EDIT: In all seriousness, SA is in trouble. In the last 8 years, actually the last 4 years, SA has gone from pretty much a balanced budget to a $25-$30M deficit. Don't see that changing under under the new mayor.

I am not sure the County is much better when you look at the Commissioners Court.
Interesting thing about that image above is the big, red, spot at Lackland. I think Gina can drop the idea that being an Air Force person matters.

When that idiotic Prop A (legalizing theft up to $900 ?? Not sure what the amount was) made it to a vote, I knew it was time to leave.
The proposition was defeated by 75 -25%, but the fact that that lunacy made it to the ballot was the last straw.
That and district 9 voting and keeping that massive jerk off John Courage, told me it was time to bug out.
Despite GOJ winning, at least Misty Spears won in D9. She was not the candidate endorsed by Courage.....that was enough for me to vote for her.
