TexAgs pick? Totally missed that one. Drinking the 1792 tonight and it's the best Barton I've ever had by a long shot. So juicy.
yeah it was a much smaller pic. We only got part of the barrel from raju (like 50 bottles total). Hopefully we'll get another bardstown pick as i'm a fan of their juice.

Only 2 on that list imo that come close are Rare Breed and RR....but both are more than 52 at Specs.
I think for me ER tops out at $70. I think Blantons topped out at $75 for me as well. I had no problem leaving it at $93.

ER10 is my favorite for an everyday drinker. I had no problem stocking up on it at $60 plus in the secondary during the peak of bourbon craze. I'd love to know I could go get it on any shelf at $50-$55.
A few weeks ago when EHT SB started showing up in shelves, I said ER would be next. I think we are close to being able to go into any store and walk out with a Blanton's.

I am the same. ER10 is still my favorite in that price range. I still buy it at $50. Find a friendly liquor store owner in your area that isn't a big box.

I recognize that different people have different tastes. Anyway, it might serve to start a decent conversation about the "best".

Noah's mill is from willet. And I love it. Buttery smooth bourbon.
I won a Noah's Mill in a raffle. I thought it would be just a mixer, but have wound up really liking it.
I have a bottle of it I received after duck season and have yet to open it. Maybe I need to try it here shortly.
Basil Hayden's has no business on any top list.
Would be so much better if it wasn't so watered down.

When I tasted it for the first time last Summer, I did not like at all. (Gave it to my son for his Aggie football parties, My "go to" instead of drain pour).

Spec's had some sort of old Carter pick for a while priced about $50. Maybe not the highly coveted one, but something by them for sure.
