You can order the thick Styrofoam shipping container cubes. They make them in all shapes and sizes. Many come with a matching cardboard box to act as an outer container for protection during shipping.

I have cooked brisket and when finished, immediately placed it in the fridge to cool. Then vacuum sealed it and overnighted it to family. They place the vacuum sealed brisket in a big roasting pan filled with water and covered in the oven with the temp about 225 (just a little bubble not full boil).

They are eating brisket within 24 hours of it coming off the pit.
