I wonder if we'll set some kind of record for year-to-year difference in defensive efficiency and effective field goal percentage. (our offensive efficiency was floated by our offensive rebounding.)

Last year per Torvik we were #12 in defensive efficiency and #314 in eFG%.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if we're in the top 50 in defensive efficiency next year and fully expect we'll be in the top 50 in eFG%.

That's 3 transfers from Kansas . All 3 went to hs in Texas if I'm not mistaken.

2 remaining years of eligibility. He redshirted at KU. Seems like someone is working Self's roster pretty hard altho likely they only really , really wanted to keep one of the 3.

His career has been a strange journey. Reasonably high-level prospect coming out of high school, commits to Vanderbilt, transfers to Rice after one season, then transfers to KU as a walk-on redshirt practice player? I would be interested in hearing what the thought process was with that (perhaps just betting on himself).
