If you take all GA seating out of the grandstand, then you don't have anywhere to put your 600 seat visitor's section for a super regional. Schools like LSU and Arkansas end up rotating which season ticket sections will get screwed each year. Just one more reason to keep some GA in the grandstand.Renn_dls said:

The player facilities construction does start in January '26, but they haven't raised the $28 mil to pay for it. As of April they had half committed. Don't hold your breath on the stadium renovations any time soon. As Dermdoc and others have said, the money is not there.Renn_dls said:

Here is what is to be expected, included with the currently approved use of $28.3 million of the $80 million allocated for player development. (Coming from a friend of mine within the athletic department, as well as articles, so take these with a grain of salt)
- New batting cages
- A pitching lab
- Sports medicine facilities
- Strength and conditioning spaces
- Team meeting rooms
- A new home clubhouse
- New player locker rooms
- Support lockers for staff and student managers
- Coaches' lockers
- New lighting and a new playing surface
