We live about 30 minutes from Lindsey Nelson Stadium, the Tennessee ballpark. As a complete derail, Lindsey Nelson was the bomb! YouTube Lindsey Nelson and the New York Mets. He, Bob Murphy, and Ralph Kiner were arguably one of the best trio of broadcasters in the 60's/70's. Just my opinion.
Back to the topic. The University of Tennessee is in a valley (Cumberland Plateau to the northwest, Smoky Mountains to the southeast). It was 71 degrees here today and I'm a week behind from mowing my lawn.
There is no need for artificial turf here.

I am glad we bounced back with a 9-5 road win to get our first SEC win. Hopefully, we win tomorrow's game to win this series and start 2-1 in SEC play.

We did and that sixth inning killed us, but we also got up four runs on an error and a wild pitch. So there was definitely good and bad. If I didn't have a dog in the hunt, I would've said it was a damn good game. OU is good.
And they are the number nine team in the country and we just gotta take it slow and steady throughout the season.

Thanks, i was taught that if you're in fair territory and touch it, even if the ball is foul, then that makes it fair. I'm old and was a catcher, so maybe thats a before it gets to the bags specific. Thanks for the help.
