In honor of our win, I'm going to have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Was Mr Nelson 5'7" or shorter by chance? Because that might explain why they didn't build a full size baseball field in Knox.ToddyHill said:
Just my two cents.
We live about 30 minutes from Lindsey Nelson Stadium, the Tennessee ballpark. As a complete derail, Lindsey Nelson was the bomb! YouTube Lindsey Nelson and the New York Mets. He, Bob Murphy, and Ralph Kiner were arguably one of the best trio of broadcasters in the 60's/70's. Just my opinion.
Back to the topic. The University of Tennessee is in a valley (Cumberland Plateau to the northwest, Smoky Mountains to the southeast). It was 71 degrees here today and I'm a week behind from mowing my lawn.
There is no need for artificial turf here.
Not to mention our loss was because we let the game slip away.TAMUallen said:
We just did all we needed to! It's a good weekend
you have the rule very, very wrong. The ball is where the ball is. If it's fair you can't stand in foul ground, touch it and make it foul the way you can on a football kickoff. ...and if the ball is foul and you're in fair ground that doesn't make it fair.QuesoMuchacho said:Sean98 said:what? Did i see it wrong or so I have the rule wrong?
