I'm still excited about the new MB! With Jamie's international experience I wonder why we do not have more international players? Perhaps this will set a new trend? Regardless, I am really looking forward to the coming regular season !!

Jamie is a HUGE advocate for US volleyball. He is going to get the best from the US that he can, like he just did, then cherry pick the best from the international market. That's exactly what he did here. His experience points directly towards this approach. He will have relationships with the best US juniors while he coaches the U18 National team. But also build relationships with international coaches along the way! We have ourselves probably the highest ceiling recruiter in the country.

Schedule shows us playing LSU at 3:00 and SMU at 8:00. I opened StatBroadcast for the upcoming softball game and it shows a volleyball match vs the sooners in progress! Well, the first set just finished, we won 25-18.

Also shows the later game vs SMU being on StatBroadcast.

This is all groovy because I do not think StatBroadcast showing the earlier Spring volleyball matches.

I understand about wanting mostly US players. We have had international players recently and I just wondered why he did not bring in one in addition to US players each season because he coaches internationally and sees a LOT of players from other countries. His bringing in the Serbian player partially answered this and the remaining part will be answered in the next several years (will he bring one in every year or two?).

One of the great things about the matches being on StatBroadcast in the Fall (not usual) is that we CAN see who is getting playing time, their stats, etc. Already seeing freshmen in there - groovy!

You are welcome for the link !! I was really shocked when I saw it on StatBroadcast and had to post it! Even if people see it late they can still use the link to see the stats, play by play, etc. after the match to see what happened. And think about them whilst waiting for the regular season to start!

They're playing a 4th set as well! Looks like Lednicky, Stowers, and Underwood's day ended after set 1! Love to see so many other girls getting reps in!

good stuff in the first game. Looks like Morrison was saving some legs for the 2nd game. We "lost" to SMU earlier in the spring.

I wanna beat the breaks off of them! Show growth and development is so much more valuable than just hand picking talent out of the transfer portal every single year!

Plus more importantly the Lone Star Classic is being played in Dallas right now for the 15's, 16's, and 17's! So lots of recruits in the area and I'm certain plenty will be tuning into tonight's marquee match!!! Let's go show them what Aggie Volleyball is all about!
