One of only two sub-51 second splits across all three heats of the women's 4x400m. The other one was Iowa State's anchor, also in heat three, with a blazing 49.77!

go through my history, I usually post around 2-4am actually haha! I'm a provider for my mother who's in hospice and I watch over her all night, then go practice with some track kids from 7-12. Hence why I have the time and I'm always writing lengthy previews and sharing recruiting stuff late at night lol. Right now I'm writing bios for the entire volleyball roster and also have to start previews for track nationals! Then the rest of the summer I do the same for the whole cross country roster. It's my bed time right now actually lol
