3rd heat has 4 girls with a PB better than Kennady. We need a slow race from them and hopefully not a lot of PB's. Lexy Halladay-Lowry of BYU is by far head and shoulders ahead of the field. We'll see if she tries to take it out super fast.

Whew! At this race last year Fontenot was running so well and I believe she could have qualified, however her foot clipped one of the barriers and she fell in a lot of traffic and fell badly. It was hard to see her like that and I can't imagine how much that hurt. Exactly a year later and she runs a really great race, a PB, and gets to punch her ticket to Eugene, Oregon! Hell yes!!! New Braunfels stand up!
