I thought I saw this link from Stephen McIntyre posted here yesterday but I can't find it. It is some deep analysis of the exfiltration of DNC email server content in 2016. It's pretty dense and he doesn't state any conclusions here but it contradicts the analysis in 2019 by Binny and Clark that the DNC emails were copied locally verses exfiltrated over a network connection. The theory that someone at the location of the DNC servers inserted a storage device and copied the files does not hold up when looking at the transfers of all 44,000 emails versus the 500 that Binny and Clark sampled in 2019.

The client for the first phase was The Washington Free Beacon, which funded research into multiple Republican candidates, including Trump. I am not sure about that bolded part. Reason being the unauthorized access the FBI (among others) was providing to "outside contractors" to NSA metadata. Admiral Rogers found out and put a stop to it in April 2016.

I'm pretty damned surprised.

Aronberg has typically been a solid listen and quite often uses standard reason and logic. Candidly, I'm not sure how I missed that, as I listened to most of it during the day.

However, you're correct, she normally pushes back VERY hard on stuff like that. I suspect it has something to do with her beginning her new MK True Crime podcast, of which he's a featured attorney. Most of the folks she had on yesterday sounded like outstanding attorneys. She's grown her brand enormously in the last two months.


The one guy I found surprising was the one who's representing Ghislane Maxwell. And no, he didn't give specific goodies, wish he did.
