if you're still hanging on to this cope, it's time to let go. it's time to accept that trump is not an outsider to this world, he was very much in it for most of his life. it defies logic to believe that there's a coordination effort to protect rich and powerful people from being exposed, and that somehow this protection doesn't extend to trump as well.
this doesn't mean he was personally soliciting minors, but it's not debatable at this point that he's part of the cover-up. best case scenario, the list was always bull**** and he just used it as a prop to drum up populist support against the elites, and is now content to leave that support holding the bag.
