I never claimed she got "immunity". I posted about the old non-prosecution assurance being reported on, and that her lawyer is harping about.

Go read my posts. I never once said any plea deal gave Maxwell immunity as you tried to claim.
My point was that her Lawyer is referencing that FL non-prosecutorial agreement, and that it puts the focus back on that old Epstein plea deal. I dont care if helps Maxwell or not. I care that it puts the focus back on the feds confirming to Acosta Epstein "belonged to intel". Thats what the normal person would gather from my post. You on the other hand decided to make a strawman about "immunity", and how cool you are for not using AI.

My understanding is that the deal was ultimately invalidated for Maxwell's trial and conviction because of this:

It did not apply for Maxwell case because (1) a US attorney can't enter a non-prosecution agreement that covers the entire US, only his district; (2) the Epstein non-protection agreement did not purport to cover the whole US, but only that specific US attorney; (3) even if those were not true, Maxwells crimes were outside the scope.

I guess my main concern with the Epstein files is they were in the hands of the corrupt Biden administration for four years. No telling what they did to the files with possible manipulation of the content. What confidence would you have that the files haven't been tampered with?
