Preferring Trump over the alternative is one thing, but actually defending his every action at this point is something eerily similar to Obama.

It's bizarre. There are some here that could not state even one criticism of Trump, ever.

I've turned around on the guy and think he's done great on immigration, foreign policy, real action on drug cartels, ending wars, handling Iran A++, energy etc...

But I don't like his tariffs, the deficit explosion, the graft and corruption or the handling of the Epstein files.

What are your expectations- they give up their lives and let what happened to them destroy their lives forever?
We lost a son to a drug overdose six years ago. While we still have tough days, we smile, we laugh, we enjoy our grandsons and our daughter, etc. Life goes on after tragedies.

But maybe that's just me.

It's bizarre. This board went from 100% all in on Epstein (this is where I first heard about like 10 years ago) and wanting answers to victim shaming and maybe even insuating that they are lying.

Who cares if those women have made efforts to move on? Trump said we'd get the truth and that's why MAGA voted for him. Now that there is a little seed planted in our minds that thinks "ummm…maybe", we just dismiss it, say it's not important, need to move on and question victims.

Ugh.

Cult gonna cult.

I bet governmental transparency was a major reason though

I can assure you that the average voter on either side is more morally aligned with one another than they are with the human excrement either of them vote for and defend to the death.

Yet the TV says we should hate one another instead. Laugh

Pritzker… Pritzker… that name sounds vaguely familiar. Doesn't he have a famous cousin who once was heavily involved in Hillary's 2008 campaign?

Have any of the Clinton's been noted to take the Lolita Express? Imagine a world where the posthumous scribe from a victim says that one person committed no wrongdoing but continues to describe members of the Democratic elite as being involved - yet folks want to blame the guy who did nothing wrong for some sort of coverup.

The entire Pritzker family is odd as all get out.

JBs wife looks like she could have been a male Pritzker.

But that's typical of the left elitist. Hippos in tutus.

It's sad but true.

Can't we get all the dirt on Bill Clinton AND Donald Trump in one go?

Bill Gates is laughing his ass off at how conspiratorial anti-vaxxers in the GOP are among the coalition protecting his naughty little secrets.

I've been watching the Netflix series, and it's just amazing how many people have been bought, blackmailed, or fearing implication in the files. Originally it was law enforcement, up to the highest levels of the FBI, protecting Epstein. Now it's politicians protecting themselves.

It's amazing to think that trafficked girls who were threatened to recruit more victims have been treated like criminals, while the actual perpetrators continue to walk free.

The Washington elite and their oligarch cronies will do ANYTHING now to keep their sins in the dark.

How so? In fact, I think wide latitude has been given the accusers who have provided scant little out of some supposed fear they will be sued into oblivion for speaking.

The United States of America do not have anything remotely resembling oligarchs, which is somewhat redundant with cronies.

Though I agree the establishment elite, let primarily by the Dems and career Rs in both elected office and in the alphabet agencies, have indeed kept their sins in the dark.

Its refreshing that Trump has his DOJ working with Speaker Johnson to finally get some of this information out.

We are to believe a guy who won't pay $8/month to have a checkmark who then posts this crap without even adding references or footnotes?

And $130 million is a heck of a fine to pay to keep your dad from looking bad. Is there anything to show these two things are related?

Before Epstein was ever arrested, there were mountains of evidence, including corroborating stories from victims about the layout of the house, the actions of Mr. Epstein, the recruitment process, crimes against the underaged, threats against them for telling anybody, being loaned out to associates, etc. Despite all of this evidence, officials at the local, state, and federal level repeatedly put the lid on things, and to this day they will not explain why they dragged their feet, declined to indict on the more serious crimes, etc.

Based on this, do you think those victims are justified in their unwillingness to speak? Even those who tell the truth end up worse off, after they've been further abused by defense attorneys and the media. See Prince Andrew's accuser, for example.

Other than how Epstein was a convicted pedophile who dabbled in the most powerful social circles on the planet, whereas Q-anon was invented in some loser's basement for teh lulz, your metaphor is spot on.

You missed the Acosta testimony that was released by Republican SOTH.

Also, what were your thoughts after reading Guthries memoir?

I guess I don't know how Acosta could be any less credible, or how Giuffre could be any more credible. She showed a lot more fortitude and courage going after Prince Andrew than Acosta did in going after Epstein, and she had only a fraction of the evidence.

On a personal note, I have three beautiful daughters, all clustered around the age that Virginia was. The stories they tell us about how girls and women are abused at their schools is pretty tragic.
