I would not be surprised to see states like NY/CA start to regulate these. I could see throwing one at a lesbian somehow classified as a hate crime as well.

Well I think it would go something like this. A white dildo would definitely be classified as a hate crime but the weapon charge would probably get dropped.

A black dildo would probably get the hate crime charge dropped but would be upgraded to felony weapon charges
