They've been open a few years now, I think they'll be fine. This isn't like when Buccee's pounced on Chick's almost immediately and forced a name change.
They didn't force a name change, it was the format they had an issue with (it was way more than the logo, anyone thinking otherwise is lying or misinformed). A better example would be how Logan's Steakhouse forced Logan's On Campus to become Logie's, or Mi Cocina becoming Polly's Cocina (though that was also a change of ownership as well, I think the Bryan one renamed to something else).

Mojo Tortilla - You're not going to get a taco this good and fresh anywhere at 11pm on a Wednesday night.
This was my second time here and first time ordering a breakfast taco. The dirty south did not disappoint.

Wow thanks so much. We are excited. We feel this 24 hour thing will be a marathon and not a sprint. Not being close to northgate, we acknowledge the location is not a textbook 24 hour location. We will need interest from the hospital staffs, law enforcement, etc in addition to the wandering late night student clientele…..
Appreciate your business and comments!
I don't think the location is the problem. Kettle used to be 24 hours for both locations until 2020, and for years Cattlemen's Inn Diner was open 24 hours, and that was a far worse location.
The real issue is how Walmart and H-E-B aren't open 24 hours anymore and with so many places that cut back hours, it's hard to get that momentum back up and going again.
