I know AP and Patek have all the "bro" hype, but Vasheron's, looking at their total catalog, I think are way cooler.
I'm big time team Vacheron and think they are extremely underrated. I also love PP and and don't particularly care for AP.
Vacheron is the only one of those three I like, to be honest.

Looking at a Blancpain 1735. I am interested in the Caliber 1185 chronograph movement.
That's quite the step up from Stauer and Bulova.

I work with the Dallas boutique but mine came in a few months after requesting. It may have been faster than normal since it was a new location and they were probably trying to push product through there but I would be surprised if it was 2 years.
Not sure if being on the list at two spots will help, hurt, or not matter. You can definitely get faster/cheaper after tax from grey market but I really appreciate and enjoy my relationship with the boutique and the people there.
