sorry- not sure of already discussed or posted, but I found the fotmob download site for a .ics file if anyone wants to load all fixtures into their calendar.. it's helping me schedule (or not schedule haha) work meetings for the next month.

to complicate things, there's the "round of 32" in addition to the ro16, QF, SF, and F. that's a lot of threads.

Quick polling question.
The way we've done these tournaments in the past is to have this main thread as well as individual threads for the USMNT matches. We've also done threads for individual stages (each group/Ro16/QF/SF/F), but it can clutter up the board. I've done the individual group/round threads with tables to make tracking points and who advances easier. I've done those threads since 2010 and its no sweat off my back to make them and keep track of every thing.

Man between FIFA and the US Gov, it seems they are doing everything possible to tank this thing lol.
Glad I got tickets, because it isn't coming back in my lifetime lol

but somehow it's all the USA's fault.

Anyhooow…
Does anyone know if I need to or should transfer tickets in the FIFA app to other individuals going with me to games? Or will
I be able to just easily scan all the tickets from my phone?
I assume getting into the stadium will already be an adventure so want to avoid any issues.
FIFA has revoked the ticket allocation for Iran fans at the team's three World Cup games in the United States, the national football federation said Tuesday. https://t.co/PvSOGhzYPv

I think the "home" team fans get a pass on wearing their gear whenever and wherever they want. I think you will see all sorts of jerseys at matches...different countries and different club teams, too.

indeed, I'll be wearing some arsenal gear to the England/Croatia game....for reasons
and agreed. to me, the WC is like the Olympics. Rep your country, no matter what games (or events) you attend.

Arsenal is rivals to Man U, Man City and Liverpool. Your friend might not make it out alive.

Arsenal is rivals to Tottenham and Chelsea....wut? And, I'll be the one wearing Arsenal gear. Hell, I'll probably wear my new Champions 26 kit. There are 4 gunners on the English national team so....

If you wear a Mexico jersey to a United States match, I can see the comparison to the Longhorn jersey at an A&M game. And I probably wouldn't show up at the Azteca on Thursday in the red white and blue.
However, if some dude wears his Michigan State jersey to the A&M Alabama game because he's in town to see Kyle Field, does anyone care? Probably not.
But I also just say a once-every-4-year event that is held around the world and features 48 teams at one time is just different in kind to showing up to a "regular" game in the "wrong" gear.
I'll be in a Timber Netherlands jersey at Netherlands-Sweden and Gyokeres Sweden jersey at Sweden-Japan because I got a pay raise at work and went a little overboard. Let us hope Gyokeres doesn't drop out with an injury.
And probably a US jersey at Saudi-Cabo Verde because WTF cares about that one.
