To be fair he made it longer into the season than Luka did.

Luka came back and dropped 40 last night!

I saw Luka is averaging more points per game than Pooper and Day-to-Davis combined.

This franchise is getting exactly what it deserves

I watched 5 minutes of Mavs basketball for the first time this season against the Pistons last night. I found myself immediately rooting for the Pistons, then turned it off. I'm mildly interested in Flagg's development (numbers look rough so far) but I'm just not getting invested in the Mavs again until Nico and his buddy AD are gone. The best case for that and the Mavs future is for the losses to pile up quickly.

Yeah, I've never, ever felt this way as a fan. I've never pulled against my teams unless they were tanking for a pick. I am interested in Flagg, but not enough that I can root for them to win. And I'm barely watching. I want to see Nico fired and this roster blown up ASAP, so lose, lose, lose. I was there for games in their initial season, I was attending playoff games in the mid 80s, but I just can't support this bull**** they've created.

Yep Ive watched some each game but it's literally bc im cheering against the team (bc i hate the org now and bc i bet on the other team basically every game). And just to laugh at the "vision" that so many people, including people on this thread, fell for. I know no one wanted the trade but tons of people thought "yea but this roster may actually be legit and it may be better for the next two years…"

I feel no love or excitement at all for the mavs, and that's including cooper. Even if cooper as playing great (he's not at all), it wouldn't change anything for me. They are dead to me.

I honestly wish the franchise would move to Vegas and we would get a new franchise. I know it'll never happen but I'd be all in with a new franchise and would buy season tickets day 1.

It's just a really tough product to watch at the moment and feels soulless. Before the trade, we had this family dynamic among the team and between the team and fans, as well as an underdog type mentality that was really exciting to watch. It never felt like we were out of any game. Now it's just a mess and seems like the team is going through the motions. Maybe it'll be temporary, but I don't like what I see right now. It feels more likely that we're going to sink into the depths of irrelevance in the league, rather than push for a title. Meanwhile, we have to watch our superstar reinvigorate what was a really bummed out fanbase in LA.

I was one that felt like the cooper gift would be enough to offset a lot of the insanity of one of the worst trades in sports history. I'm not going to close the book as it's only a few weeks into this new team, but it's pretty bleak at the moment.

I think there will be new ownership within 5-6 years. Gambling in Texas is going nowhere. And the scandals - which this is only the beginning - are going to cause the NBA to cool its heels as well. These carpetbaggers will decide there are better opportunities to invest several billion elsewhere in the country/world.

Had these morons played their cards right, they could have built some allies to help push it. Instead Tommy Boy keeps stepping on his dick.

Basically, it will turn out similar to Perot. Buy it, get a stadium deal done, sell it. They have grander plans but by the time #2 lines up, they'll realize those plans are as dead as fried ****ing chicken. There will be no magical casino development surrounding this stadium. And I don't rule out no new stadium at all.

They could sell at a gain now bc **** head Cuban gave them such a sweetheart deal.

**** Cuban.

Cuban struck gold on broadcast.com and spent the next 25 years thinking he's the smartest guy in the room. If he'd just put that $$$ in the S&P 500, he'd be worth several billion more than he is now.

Tough loss to the Pistons in Mexico City Saturday night. D-Lo led the way with 31. And Gaff is back in the lineup to hold things down for AD and Lively. Keep carrying the boat until Kyrie returns!

Excited to go see Flagg's first game at Toyota Center tonight. We suffered a beatdown last year but my son got Markeiff's autograph, lol.
