Cannot explain how much I loved seeing their half empty stadium at their home regional. Schloss has to be so happy with that

They're still a really good team even without their best SP. I wouldn't be dancing on their graves just yet.
Certainly not as good as they were with him and they've gotten the benefit of an easier SEC schedule, but they have more than enough talent to make a run. Maybe more of a top 10 team instead of #1.
Don't think their fans wanted to see their little brother eliminate them from the tournament.24601 said:

To be honest, alot of the fans clad in burnt orange saw their alma mater win last night.aggie-1997 said:Don't think their fans wanted to see their little brother eliminate them from the tournament.24601 said:

I hope recruits (and their parents) take a good hard look at him; what he did last year, how he did it, then the results from his first season. And be very cautious deciding if they want to hitch their kid's future to that **** wagon.

the sips started a sparkling 38-5...

and now done
In post season.
Ags 2-1
Sips 2-3 (4 games at home)

You know, you may very well be right. I guess my thought is old-school or how I think it should be. But really, NIL, facilities like you mentioned are probably a much stronger factor in their decisions.rgag12 said:1988PA-Aggie said:

Honestly, none of that stuff matters in the least not even a little bit.
What you are looking at is if the coaches can develop players, what the roster looks like, facilities you train and play in, program prestige, and (nowadays) NIL allocation.
No parents or prospective players care about a coach's personality to the extent it would conflict with their preferred coaching style that they feel like will further their development. Schloss' off-field personality and decisions don't factor into the equation.

texas this season reminds me a lot of arky last season.
Earn a top 8 seed and lose your own regional? That would be so beautiful to watch.
that is the inference yes. arky started out red hot and was a pitching heavy team. they peaked abkut 2/3 way through the season and lost their own regional. the two teams have some similarities in their makeup and style of play.

texas ending was inevitable

Lol I thought of this post when it happened. You nailed it.

What exactly did you fix?
You changed how I showed it which I was just comparing complete post season games between Ags and Sips. Maybe you should also add we were 2-1 SEC tourney and 0-0 in our non regional.
What the heck are you doing? It appears I have a stalker. LOL
Just a heads up. If you replied to me again on the other thread. Stopped going to that thread bc your responses had zero real discussion, tired of holding your hand and you twisting things bc as I already noted you personally do not like me. This response of yours is really amusing me. Looking forward to further amusement supplied by you.
He's incredibly thinned skinned if he can't handle a little criticism.85AustinAg said:
Yea, Schloss' Twitter account is no more. Shut down. Interesting for sure. Sips already up in arms.

Go into your boss's office this morning and take a massive dump on their desk as you turn in your resignation and let us know if you feel like you would be welcome back in a couple of years

That is a great and very appropriate scenario.
A good company with a long history of decent success has their company's greatest salesman of all time walk into his boss's office and dumps on his desk after popping his wife and then leaves for a similar job with one of the industry's historical leaders.
After three years of utterly historically dismal sales, the opportunity to rehire him presents itself.
What do you do???

Is this a serious question? No I would not bring that person back, I would go find another great salesman from another company.

That is one good way of doing it. The only problem I see is if all the other company's salesmen turn you down.
