Are Madi and Avery Skinner sisters? Madi transferred from UK to tu if I recall correctly. Just interesting if they were related that's pretty cool!

Exactly. Jamie mentioned it to Maroon Club after the 24 season. Goal was to put the students in front of the camera. Apparently it would cost several million to flip the court to move the cameras to the other side, so he proposed flipping the seating. I was curious why it didn't happen for last season, but glad it seems to be happing this season.

I assume the millions would be adding additional hook ups for the cameras, score board operator, replay official, etc.

Yeah hopefully they just flip the students and no ticket holders get all twisted about it.

That is why he brought it up to maroon club. Asking if they would mind the move. Plan was to just move everyone to equivalent seat on opposite side. That group was supportive. Probably the more important season ticket holders, as they are going above and beyond to support the program. But also, probably the group most likely to support Jamie and his ideas to improve the atmosphere and marketing.

If the trajectory continues to mirror softball, likely an influx of new season ticket holders this year, so better to do it now while they don't know any better.

Yes they are! Which is pretty cool, and they also have a younger sister who's a freshman in high school that plays in the club scene and is pretty talented as well!!

I like the different seating view!!! If anything, just hold the middle sections behind the scorers table for the students and allow alumni to sit behind the benches! I love the idea of students behind the opposing benches to get in there head lol! I hope the donors and alumni are okay with it! Unless they're only objective for attending a collegiate volleyball game is to get some time on camera LOL

Now we have to make sure students get to the matches and make us look good on tv!

Did we ever recruit the two girls from Ursuline that committed to Notre Dame?

Not really sure! It's hard to gauge unless you follow the girls on social media and they post about offers and visits!

I don't know if it was a mirage or actually Coach Morrison that I saw at the end of the tennis match last night, but I got the hin: it's volleyball season now and I'm ready to be hurt again. I am all in on this team. Gig'em ags.

What's next is starting June 15th, we'll have 2027 recruiting opening up. Logan Lednicky will be training with Team USA in the summer and representing our country in the Volleyball Nations League. An unnamed athlete will be training with the U23 team this summer! Our 2026 recruits have nationals next month! Then in August our girls report back and training begins to BTHO Minnesota!

I loved these pictures and I noticed that Djurdja Stanojevic appears in several. I've been scratching my head over the status of the new Aggie MB for a while now as she hasn't shown up in any of the social media posts and is not currently on the 2025 roster posted on the 12th Man app. I'm guessing from this post that we'll likely get to see her play in the Maroon and White scrimmage on the 16th.

I was in the same boat and started to wonder maybe she comes in January or something like that, but I saw she posted some goodbyes to her friends and family a couple days ago, so I'm assuming she just moved into College Station this past weekend! How awesome!
