Did the government throw kimmel in jail for his blatantly false comments? If they did then that is a violation of his first amendment rights.

The decision not to hear Murphy vs Missouri made it clear that the government coercing 3rd parties to act on their behalf to censor people is not an issue. Shame that the precedent that was set by scotus and the Biden admin is claiming more casualties.
